Staff were extremely professional and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was very clean and had ample choice for food and drinks at the bar and restaurant. Always helpful and accommodating especially when needing the iron and ironing board - extremely quick and efficient service. The room we had was fabulous and spacious with a huge bathroom and plenty of space for clothes in drawers and wardrobes.

The hotel was lovely, clean and had good facilities. Friendly staff. Not to far from metro station. Some nice local restaurants also. A taxi to beach area costs about €18. We booked a massage in hotel and it was a lovely relaxing experience.

The staff were really kind and helpful. Especially thanks that I was allowed to deposit my luggage after my check out. Furthermore, I liked the breakfast with many options.

The hotel is in the conferences area, and has great restaurants and good local shops, pharmacies, and all you need. The hotel cleanliness is top notch, from the reception area that is welcoming and has a very comfortable seating, to the friendliness and professionalism of staff. The rooms are spacious,clean, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel has a unique floral scent that instantly makes you feel happy! It's one of the best hotels in all of Europe.

Being a traveller, we have been to many many good hotels and this one I found absolutely exceptional in comfort, luxury and value for money. Breakfast: Very wide range and great quality food. I want to mention Charles name who was very very helpful and polite at the Breakfast service. Thanks Charles, much appreciated mate. Bar: hotel bar open till 3am, drinks and cocktails very well priced. Room: We upgraded our room on reception offer, just 10 EUR extra and what a fabulous room we got. Amazing view and huge suze of the room. Great experience. We were two families, the whole environment was very safe, convinient and the staff was helpful. Truely a 5-Star hotel.

Melia Valencia was an amazing hotel vibe was of a 5 star hotel. Staff very courteous and welcoming. Great place to stay. Only downside the Beach are was a bit far would have been nice if the hotel had a shuttle to the beach. You have to take local transit or taxi to go to the beach area, other than it’s a great place to stay. There are lot of local restaurants close by. There is a Casino close by.

This is an impressive hotel, clean and tidy, with very thoughtful service. My children fell in the lobby, and the front desk staff was very responsible. They arranged a beautiful English-speaking staff to communicate with us, and carefully helped us get wet towels and invited a doctor. We were very touched! They also prepared a fruit plate for us, and every detail was taken care of. It was like home! I will definitely stay here again when I come to Valencia. Thank you again for their efforts!
